This is my new blog - thanks for visiting it! I will be posting mostly about my thoughts on different texts ("texts" referring to books, poems, movies, etc...).
Now onto an explanation of my blog's title, Reflections of My Ocean. Christopher Booker, author of The Seven Basic Plots, says that our collective unconscious is like the ocean. We stand on the edge of the ocean, trying to find the best view for us. That's what I will be doing with this blog: writing about the best view of the ocean for me. I will reflect on them and then reveal them to you.
